Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding service to our hotel guests. As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, making a lasting impression on their stay.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for registering guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering guests and processing payments
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and key distributions
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies or concerns
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Experience in a hotel or related industry; previous front desk experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
