Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer complaints and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
