Front Desk Operations Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
We're seeking an experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk team, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining the hotel's high standards of quality and efficiency.
You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement operational strategies, improve guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
As a Front Desk Operations Manager, you will be the face of our hotel, and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the front desk team, including training, coaching, and performance management
Ensure excellent guest service, responding to guest complaints and resolving issues promptly
Maintain the hotel's high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring all operational functions are running smoothly
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth
Work closely with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives
Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners, ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Participate in regular meetings with the hotel's management team to discuss operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve hotel operations and guest experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in a front desk or hospitality management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and drive results
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Passion for hospitality, with a focus on delivering excellent guest service and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to speak and communicate clearly and concisely, with good judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as a team to drive results, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
