Job Title: Front Desk Agent

At MCR Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and payment details.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services, and communicate this information to guests as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
