JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Operations Project Coordinator to support and oversee our operational activities. This role will involve close collaboration with managers, team members across various departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

The Operations Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in our development by managing projects, contractors, and timelines to guarantee that we meet our objectives efficiently and effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop detailed and organized project plans and timelines

Assist in defining project goals and deliverables

Manage adjustments to project scope, timelines, and budgets

Facilitate relationships between clients and internal teams

Monitor Key Performance Indicators throughout the project lifecycle

Provide strategic planning and execution guidance related to project requirements

Conduct quality assurance reviews and project closure assessments

Responsible for evaluating project outcomes, identifying successes and areas for improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years of experience in project management within a relevant field

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred or equivalent experience considered

Experience in various stages of project workflows

Familiarity with project estimation from conception to execution

Proven ability to manage project budgets and financial resources

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Effective time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Professional demeanor and commitment to organizational culture and growth

Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ERP systems

Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices

Reliable attendance and a respectful, responsible work ethic

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to identify challenges, propose solutions, and document processes

Provide technical insights to engineers and project teams

Skilled in presenting both short- and long-term solutions during decision-making

Proficient in using personal computers and various software applications

Ability to cultivate trusting relationships with colleagues, clients, and leadership.
