Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall store performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Serve as a results-oriented role model for the team in sales generation, demonstrating exceptional customer focus while coaching staff to enhance selling opportunities and foster authentic customer relationships.
  • Design and execute visual merchandising strategies to boost sales; possess a solid understanding of store layout and capacity.
  • Leverage tools and resources to elevate the customer experience.
  • Adapt to change and uncertainty, generating innovative ideas to evolve and expand the business.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed business goals through effective in-store and omni-channel selling, utilizing strong business acumen.
  • Accountable for personal performance and consistently hold others to the same standard.
  • Demonstrate operational strength and resourcefulness.
  • Build a dynamic team through networking, recruitment, and anticipating future needs aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity, and a passion for the brand.
  • Identify and assess training needs, develop tailored training plans, and implement various training methods to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail environments (preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Ability to identify top talent, build a cohesive team, and train, develop, and retain employees.
  • Experience in creating merchandising strategies and implementing visual changes to achieve business results.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Act with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.
  • Availability during peak business periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to bend, lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures up to 40 pounds as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
