Insurance Claims and Benefits Coordinator

Job Description
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the claims process. Your strong analytical abilities and attention to detail will enable you to research claim status and discrepancies to provide resolutions.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing questions related to health insurance plans, coverage, claims, and billing.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as necessary. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through the claims process, explaining benefits and coverage details. Research claim status and discrepancies to provide resolutions.
• Assist customers in selecting and understanding the best health insurance plans based on their needs. Educate customers on policy changes, benefits, and wellness programs.
