Job Overview

At National Employee Benefits Administrators, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. This is a full-time position based in West Palm Beach, with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm EST.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be creative, observant, and very attentive to detail, with excellent communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. The Customer Service Representatives handle a high volume of phone calls for inquiries such as enrollment eligibility and benefits, claim status, and coverage questions.

The office processes a variety of claims, including medical, dental, life, short-term disability, and vision claims, as well as processing enrollments. We are looking for someone who is organized, diligent, responsive, takes initiative, works well independently, maintains a positive attitude, and strives to maintain our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process claims and enrollments efficiently and accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
  • Work closely with other department members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
