Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at NavitsPartners. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions and financial operations, ensuring compliance and collaborating with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify complex accounting treatments and manage month-end reporting to provide timely and reliable financial information.
  • Support financial statement accuracy and assist with audit coordination to maintain the highest level of financial integrity.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience and process improvement expertise.
  • Strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
Work Environment

The Senior Accountant will work in an office setting with occasional travel.

Physical Demands

The position requires prolonged sitting and frequent use of hands for office tasks.
