Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a highly skilled Financial Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating financial risks across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious financial activity, utilizing our internal monitoring application and other resources.
- Collaborate with the Financial Intelligence Team Lead to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to business partners on financial risk management and compliance.
- Develop and maintain expertise in anti-money laundering, fraud, and enhanced due diligence trends and scenarios.
- Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) as required by regulations.
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, Business, or Law Enforcement.
- 2-4 years of experience in Risk, Security, banking, compliance, or audit.
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification within 2 years.
