The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This role will work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to customer inquiries
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Assist with data entry, dispatching, and scheduling
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three years of customer service experience required
- At least one year of cash handling experience required
- Previous experience with data entry or administrative support preferred
Working Conditions:
This role will work in a fast-paced customer service environment and will require the ability to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
