Deployment Coordinator

Modular Power Solutions is seeking a skilled Deployment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the coordination of the delivery, assembly, and inspection of our company products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to jobsites to ensure a smooth delivery of products and guide the installation process.
• Coordinate the release of our products to customers, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe and quality work, reviewing drawings before delivery to ensure logistical plans are executed.
• Assist in resolving construction problems related to delivery and issues in the field, adapting to changing conditions and schedules.
• Perform incoming equipment receiving inspections, reviewing drawings and submittals to accurately represent inspection data.
• Document any issues that arise during the inspection process.

Requirements:

• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variable situations.
• Familiarity with team building techniques and proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, working under time pressure and adapting to changing requirements.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients.
