We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of thermal processing equipment and implementing solutions to improve process efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with thermal processing equipment such as furnaces, ovens, and kilns. They will also have proficiency in CAD software for process design and simulation, as well as knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.

As a key member of our manufacturing team, the Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure that all thermal processes meet required quality standards and regulatory requirements. They will also collaborate with product development teams to design and validate thermal processing solutions for new and existing products.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical, or Ceramic Engineering and 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on thermal processing. They will also have strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
