Regional Account Manager

About the Role:
Innomotics LLC is seeking a skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing business plans to penetrate and grow industrial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow medium voltage motor and electrical drive sales
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Travel 50% of the time to meet with customers and partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven track record in selling medium voltage motors, medium voltage electrical drives, and services
- Experience in using CRM tools to supervise selling activities
- Ability to marshal channel sales resources, including distributors and reps, to grow market share
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
- Validated solid understanding of integrated drive solutions
- Existing relationships and experience selling to large OEMs and End Users
