  • Experience building project management offices or transformation management offices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
