About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our leadership team at VCA Everett Animal Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a team of client service professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and their pets
  • Lead a team of client service professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback and satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a veterinary client service role, with a strong background in leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with experience using veterinary practice management software
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
