About the Role

Join our Grand family as a Spa Guest Services Coordinator: You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing appointments, and overseeing memberships.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Checking guests in and out for spa appointments
  • Providing accurate information to guests and clients
  • Inputting and retrieving data from the computer system
  • Addressing guest requests and escalating complaints to management
  • Maintaining composure, particularly in emergencies
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Effectively engaging with both internal and external customers
  • Welcoming guests to the spa
  • Completing additional assigned tasks as needed
