About the Role

As a Brissago Host/ess at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your warm smile and welcoming demeanor will make our guests feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of the dining room.
  • Verbally communicate with servers to ensure timely delivery of menus and wine lists.
  • Politely escort guests to their tables, handing them menus and informing them of specials.
  • Assist wait staff and bus staff as needed, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted on occasion.
  • Thank all guests graciously and invite them to return.

  • A passionate and people-oriented individual who loves meeting new people and interacting with guests.
  • Someone who is willing to work weekends and has reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Past experience in hotels and customer service is a plus.
  • A creative and proactive individual who enjoys personalizing the guest experience.
