Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:

  • Responsible for providing a high standard of assistance to Massage Therapists Nail Technicians and Estheticians including:
    • Greeting clients
    • Offer beverages as needed
    • Monitoring treatments and services.
  • Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining:
    • Spa quiet spaces
    • Locker rooms
    • Dressing rooms
    • Laundry
    • Maintain beverage stations and more.
  • Ensure safety standards and cleanliness keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
  • Follow all safety sanitation and hygienic procedures before during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
  • Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.

Here are some of the skills that we are looking for in this individual:

  • Experience with retail hospitality or customer service in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work various schedules including evenings weekends and some holidays.
  • Strong communicationexcellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
  • Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
