Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Fundraising Manager to drive the growth of our individual donor program. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue from individual donors, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering long-term giving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for individual donor engagement, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of high-potential individual donors, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new major gift opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless donor experience, including event planning, communications, and recognition programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in individual giving, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably in individual giving or annual fund development.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with donor management software and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
