Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Exterior Window Washing Sales Representative to join our team at Diamond Residential. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exterior window washing services to homeowners in the Charlotte area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach: Travel to designated neighborhoods to introduce our window washing services, engaging with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services and pricing to effectively communicate benefits and address customer inquiries.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, building a robust pipeline of interested customers through door-to-door interactions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with potential customers, providing follow-up communication as needed to close sales.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales, is a plus but not required. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and helping customers.
