Role Overview

New York Lace Couture, a leading Massachusetts bridal boutique, is seeking a skilled Bridal Stylist to enhance our team's expertise. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer engagement skills and a deep understanding of wedding fashion trends.

This role requires a strong ability to connect with customers, providing personalized guidance to find their perfect wedding gown and accessories. The successful candidate will also assist with prom, bridesmaid, mother's, and social occasion departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of designers, accessories, and gifts sold in-store
  • Schedule appointments over the phone and in-person
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, particularly in the bridal and social occasion areas
  • Participate in in-store trunk shows and off-site bridal events
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, with strong communication skills
  • Other responsibilities as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in a retail or showroom environment, with a proven track record of sales performance
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Bridal experience is required, with a passion for fashion and a professional image
  • Strong interest in exceeding customer expectations
