Job Overview

New York Lace Couture, a premier bridal boutique, is seeking a skilled Bridal Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find their dream wedding gown and accessories.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bridal experience required
  • Strong interest in fashion and a keen eye for detail
  • Professional image in appearance, speech, and actions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in finding their dream wedding gown and accessorize their personal bridal look
  • Develop a working knowledge of designers, accessories, and gifts sold in store
  • Schedule appointments and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in in-store trunk shows and off-site bridal events
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and industry developments
