About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Corporate Services Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of learning initiatives that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate learning programs, including instructor-led sessions and eLearning content
  • Manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless user experience and accurate reporting
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of learning opportunities for employees, including external training programs and internal workshops
  • Communicate learning opportunities and registration processes to employees
  • Support the development of recorded trainings and tutorials for company applications and procedures
  • Research and recommend external training opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design and develop training programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 1-4 years of experience coordinating programs and/or people
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects with an organizational mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise judgment to shift priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated initiative and a commitment to continual improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and comfort utilizing and learning new technology
  • Prior exposure to a learning management system (either from the learner or administrator side) and/or administration of information systems, desired
