Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for executing various culinary dishes by meticulously and safely preparing food as per instructions and server requests. You will contribute to a safe and inviting kitchen atmosphere by performing routine cleaning and upkeep of food and beverage preparation areas. Ensure compliance with food safety standards by labeling and rotating food items, securely storing perishables, and upholding a hygienic workspace. Monitor inventory levels for your shift, ensuring that appropriate quantities are prepared and identifying items that require restocking.

Qualifications

Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential, with prior experience in Food & Beverage preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. The role demands the ability to:

  • Regularly lift and/or transport up to 25 pounds.
  • Stand and move around the work area frequently.
  • Handle various objects and equipment to maintain the facility.
  • Bend, stoop, and kneel regularly.
  • Work in high-temperature environments around heavy machinery.

Education & Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent educational background is required, along with one to three months of relevant experience or training.
