Job Opportunity

Swoon is seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to join their team for an 8-month contract in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales compensation strategies and be able to create and implement effective compensation plans.

  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 8 Months
  • Pay Rate: $51/h
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing sales compensation plans and quota letters for the global sales organization
  • Developing and administering sales crediting and compensation policies
  • Researching and resolving crediting and commission questions, including calculating and processing adjustments in the commission system
  • Preparing and distributing monthly and quarterly commissions and attainment management analyses
  • Developing and delivering training on commission policy and process to the global sales teams
  • Participating in yearly compensation planning, including feedback review and financial modeling
