Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at CFFNY. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting membership benefits and services to potential members.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Facilitate Member Requests: Assist members with their requests, whether it's scheduling services, making payments, or providing information about club facilities and services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with members and guests, both verbally and in writing, to ensure a positive experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental and club-wide goals.
Requirements
  • Fluent English: Possess excellent communication and language skills, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively with members and guests.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software to manage membership data, process transactions, and communicate with members.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
