Job Summary:

Billy White is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products and services
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
