About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Walser Nissan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling new and used vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized vehicle recommendations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle inventory, features, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive sales environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new technologies
