About the Job:

HENO is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle department, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage EDI/ERA enrollment process for Part A and/or Part B facilities.
  • Collaborate with providers/clinics to ensure accurate and timely submission of EFT configurations.
  • Investigate and resolve payer enrollment denials and errors.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with RCM Account Manager team to resolve enrollment tasks and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in medical billing processes and revenue cycle management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
