Clinical Enrollment Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at HENO. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting applications for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) claims and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) configurations through clearinghouse and payer portals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit EDI/ERA enrollment applications through clearinghouse and payer portals.
  • Ensure ERA/EDI enrollment process aligns with clinic schedules.
  • Assist providers/clinics with EFT configurations.
  • Investigate payer enrollment denials and errors to identify resolutions.
  • Review and act on payer correspondence to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with RCM Account Manager team to address and resolve enrollment tasks.
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication to customers.
Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of medical billing processes.
  • Proven experience managing healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process for Part A and/or Part B facilities.
  • Familiarity with payer systems and enrollment processes, including ERA and ACH/EFT.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including claims and payments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear and effective communication style.
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with high sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
