Job Summary:

The Operations Specialist - Seasonal is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices. This position involves delivering supplies and materials, performing basic maintenance tasks, and assisting with the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and transfer office technology, including hardware setup.
  • Perform basic building maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and repairing broken items.
  • Assist with the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, ensuring offices meet brand standards.
  • Confirm office security and attend required training sessions.
  • Other duties as assigned by the District Operations Coordinator or managerial staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading skills and knowledge of Outlook and web-based programs.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently.
