Position Summary: This role involves the management, coordination, and execution of operations occurring at customer sites or within warehouses. Professionals in field operations are essential in overseeing and ensuring the seamless execution of various activities and projects in the field, maintaining compliance with company regulations, and guaranteeing exceptional customer service.

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Days Off: Sunday & Wednesday)

Compensation Details: The full pay range is $24.28/hr (Bi-Weekly Pay). Typically, candidates start between $17-18/hr, with the final amount influenced by relevant experience, knowledge, and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with delivery-related concerns
  • Route and assign drivers effectively
  • Monitor daily routes
  • Manage morning loadouts
  • Check in drivers at the end of their shifts
