Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Leads hospital administration and department leadership.
  • Facilitates operational team meetings and formulates agendas.
  • Supervises the planning and execution of all facility and support service initiatives.
  • Guides hospital staff during emergencies such as fires or disasters.
  • Establishes procedures to address immediate concerns affecting the health and safety of patients, staff, and medical professionals.
  • Creates and enforces operational policies and procedures.
  • Develops and manages the budget effectively.
  • Acts as the primary resource for hospital staff in resolving operational challenges.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Six to eight years of relevant experience.
