Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Healthcare Services Coordinator for a Full-Time, In-Person role. This position involves welcoming patients, managing appointment schedules, and assisting with patient vitals as necessary. The coordinator will also handle payment collection during services and help maintain patient demographic records and financial accounts. We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer service-focused individual to join our expanding practice.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this role is between $15.00 and $20.00, determined by various factors such as education, experience, and certifications.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical insurance processes
- Ability to manage workload efficiently while adapting to daily operational needs
- Capability to maintain productivity and meet deadlines despite interruptions

- Demonstrate respect and dignity towards all patients, visitors, and staff
- Greet visitors warmly and answer phone calls promptly
- Ensure patient appointments run on schedule by notifying providers of arrivals
- Provide comfort to patients by addressing concerns and answering questions
- Assist in collecting and updating financial information during appointments
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
