About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager to lead our SUE projects and project teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project performance, including schedule, budget, and quality of the work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project performance, including schedule, budget, and quality of the work.
  • Provide project management services, including conducting project internal and client meetings.
  • Prepare SUE plans and manage project teams, including delegating tasks and ensuring compliance with project scope and schedule.
  • Provide utility coordination services, including conducting meetings, preparing agreements and cost estimates, approving design plans, specifications, and other submittals.
  • Assist marketing staff with marketing packages, proposal preparation, proposal review, and presentations.
  • Identify and solicit project opportunities with current and new clients and attend marketing meetings as needed.
  • Assist in developing procedures, standards, methods, and systems to improve project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SUE, Utility Design, or Coordination.
  • Business development skills and experience is a must.
  • Ability to manage personnel is a plus.
  • Experience in construction engineering and inspection a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication experience.
  • P.E. preferred but not required.
