Tier4 Group is seeking a seasoned Principal to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and drive revenue.
This role requires a strong background in retained search, leadership expertise, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our President & Managing Partner and the Tier4 Group team to develop and implement strategies to achieve our goals. Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration and impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth, profitability, and market positioning for a newly established division of Tier4 Group.
- Leverage your expertise in Retained Search and existing book of business to drive client acquisition and relationship management.
- Develop strategies to enhance Tier4 Group's presence in the market, securing new partnerships and opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration and impactful results.
- Optimize processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What We Offer
