We are exclusively partnered with a high-growth, multinational consumer goods company to fill a critical Compliance Quality Manager position for North America. Based in Greater Atlanta, GA, this newly created role is pivotal for establishing and maintaining quality standards in line with customer expectations and regulatory requirements across the North American market. This role focuses on fostering a proactive quality culture by implementing quality management systems, managing compliance audits, and ensuring continuous improvement in product and service quality.


The Opportunity:

As the Compliance Quality Manager for North America, you’ll develop and execute the quality strategy, working closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure quality standards align with the company’s goals. This role will handle critical aspects of quality compliance, including internal and external audits, consumer complaint analysis, and supplier assessments. You’ll work with teams across North America and collaborate with international colleagues to enhance quality standards and support the company’s ambitious growth targets. This is an individual contributor role, and you will report to the Global VP of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Strategy Development: Design and implement quality management systems (QMS) tailored to North American operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer and Market Feedback: Oversee the consumer complaint process, conducting trend analyses and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.
  • Audit Leadership: Lead internal and supplier audits and coordinate external audits with regulatory bodies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Provide quality expertise to sales and marketing teams, enabling them to handle market feedback effectively and support customer satisfaction goals.
  • Training and Capability Building: Develop quality-focused training for teams in North America, promoting continuous improvement and adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Manage quality performance reporting for North America, utilizing analytics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and improve operational performance.


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in quality or technical management, with a focus on quality compliance and customer feedback management.
  • Proven expertise in ISO 9001 standards and experience with additional quality management systems such as BRC, IFS, or those relevant to medical devices or regulated products.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to lead cross-functional projects, conduct audits, and foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field; certifications in quality management are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel during onboarding for training in Europe, and visits to key sites in the United States and Mexico.
