Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a vital ambassador for our brand, showcasing your unique style and enthusiasm for our products on the sales floor. Your role will involve welcoming customers into the Madewell community, fostering genuine connections, and assisting them in expressing their individuality. You will collaborate with team members and management to enhance the business, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while contributing positively to the store environment.

Key Responsibilities
