Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive - Enterprise Solutions is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs
  • Present Paycor's products and services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and activity goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • 4-year business degree
