Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to resolve conflicts and improve employee relations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in HR.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
