Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in transforming data generated by our fleet of edge devices into actionable insights that drive business value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement
    • Work closely with customers to understand their existing digital operations data and identify opportunities for integration with our data fusion platform.
    • Tailor our applications to meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Perform exploratory data analysis and data science to generate actionable insights from our unique spatio-temporal data.
    • Conduct hypothesis testing and utilize statistical methods to assess the validity of findings.
  • Business Acumen
    • Understand the context of key performance indicators (KPIs) and customers' business needs to create products or experiences that address customer pain points.
    • Work with stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into working software solutions and customer-facing outputs.
  • Communication and Training
    • Provide training to customers on how to leverage our technology to solve business problems.
    • Offer ongoing technical support post-deployment.
  • Project Ownership
    • Own customer deployments from start to finish.
    • Take initiative, be proactive, and anticipate and complete projects in a comprehensive manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • BS, MS, or PhD in an engineering or quantitative field, such as computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or pure or applied sciences.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years combined experience as a solution engineer, application engineer, data scientist, senior data analyst, or a similar technical role at a fast-growing technology company.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Python (numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib, and plotly) and object-oriented programming.
    • End-to-end experience with data, including databases, querying, aggregation, analysis, and visualization.
    • Familiarity with networking and Linux environments.
  • Soft Skills
    • Able to work from our San Francisco office at least three days a week.
    • A proactive problem solver who can collaborate with internal and external partners and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to identify issues and measure success.
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 3 days per month.
    • Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
