Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Sales Expert to join our team in Waynesboro, USA. As an Account Manager at Brenntag, you will be responsible for managing sales efforts in your assigned territory to maximize sales and profit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales objectives and focus on customer retention as well as improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer potentials and engage relevant stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Frequently conduct customer visits and prepare meetings using available tools and reports.

You will also be responsible for setting strategies and targets for growth of customers in your assigned territory, aligning with the Sales Manager. Your role will involve managing spot business and rush offers, getting support from Commercial Assistant when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales capacity (3 to 5 years previous experience in sales role).
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to think strategically.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
