Key Responsibilities
  • Closing Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships with prospects, and recommend solutions to meet their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business challenges and opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration to meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on business development and client relationship management.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a sales or business development role within the staffing industry, preferably with a focus on IT staffing solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: A competitive base salary range of $45,000 - $65,000, with a tiered commission structure based on weekly spread.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO.
