Business Development Manager

At N-STORE Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional account management service and leadership
- Meet or exceed annual sales quotas for new and existing clients
- Attend client meetings, events, and industry networking events to promote business and build relationships
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of consultative sales experience in retail/commercial construction or related industry sales experience
- Nationwide travel required as needed
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce software
- Familiarity with construction and field concepts, practices, codes, and procedures
- Advanced selling capability, relationship building, negotiation, and closing capability
