Become a part of the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation (ISN/CTR) at the U.S. Department of State, where we are dedicated to addressing the challenges posed by weapons of mass destruction (WMD). Role Overview:

  • Collaborate with the ISN/CTR team to bolster nonproliferation capacity-building activities
  • Engage with global partners to strengthen international biological security frameworks
  • Assume responsibility for managing program operations in key countries
  • Work alongside diverse stakeholders to implement program strategies

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to obtain and sustain a Secret-level security clearance
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant sectors or an undergraduate degree coupled with 8 years of experience
  • Exceptional communication, diplomatic, collaborative, and project management capabilities
  • Eligibility for telework with necessary international travel
  • Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous
