Key Responsibilities

  • Foster Relationships

Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, industry contacts, and professional networks.

  • Develop Sales Strategies

Develop and implement sales strategies to target new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.

  • Meet Sales Metrics

Meet and exceed sales metrics and financial targets, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Experience

10+ years of experience in selling total talent solutions, with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Business Acumen

Strong business acumen and understanding of the staffing industry, with the ability to analyze data and identify new business opportunities.
