Job Title: Lead Associate Marketing Rx

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Lead Associate Marketing Rx. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and product management strategies for assigned in-line generic prescription products, driving business growth, maximizing product performance, and achieving revenue, profit, and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing strategy, analyze external environment, market trends, and customer behavior to produce forecasts for new and existing products, and provide inputs to Supply Chain for supply planning.
  • Lead product growth program development with the sales team to drive business growth and achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets for the assigned portfolio.
  • Drive product management for assigned products post-launch, track product sales performance, forecast demand, allocate inventory, and ensure adjustment of production and pricing accordingly.
  • Conduct secondary research on products, customers, and competitors, therapeutic risks and opportunities, monitor FDA, industry, product, and competitor development, and generate data-based reports for decisions on product management and new product selection.
  • Review product pricing vs. market pricing and recent price changes for assigned products.
  • Adjust product prices as required and work with various groups to review and agree on new prices to ensure viable and profitable pricing of assigned Rx products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years of pharmaceutical experience in product management and business analytics.
  • Understanding of generic pharmaceutical market dynamics, contracts, customers, and pricing.
  • Good computer (MS Office Suite), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision-making and negotiation skills.
