Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Prepare patient charts, maintain accurate records, and update patient information as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and payors to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, procedures, and follow-ups
  • Collect demographic information, co-pays, and other essential data
Requirements
  • Medical assisting education or related experience
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
