About the Role:
Family Service Rochester is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children and families, and provide trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology)
- Completed or on-track for LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure in the State of Minnesota
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children and families
- Strong foundation in trauma-informed practice and evidence-based therapies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
